Use this LDS Primary Activities Planning and Tracking for your activity kids or your own kids! These planning pages help you use the children’s own goals to determine activities. You could also use this for family night activity planning.
These planning and tracking sheets are a great help for Primary Activity Days. They can also help a Primary Presidency or Secretary or Activities Leaders know what to do and how to plan their activities.

* Date and activity planning sheet to help you schedule activities so you can “set it and forget it”–it’s so much better than having to think of an activity at the last minute.
* Attendance tracker so you can see attendance patterns and also notice which types of activities help the girls attend more often
