This Children and Youth Program Goal Setting LDS Planning and Tracking Sheet is great for Goal Planning for Youth and Primary Children and Adults Too!

Goals are an important part of the new Youth and Children program, and these sheets make it fun and easy to help kids set their goals. It also serves as a great reminder of what they’re trying to do. They can post it in their rooms, on the fridge, or wherever they think will help remind them best. Young kids can even draw pictures if they can’t write yet (or if they are just visually motivated).

However, you use it, this printable will help kids (and adults!) define goals and remember them more.

The pack comes with several printing options:
*A full-page 8.5 x 11″ printout in landscape mode (shorter and wider)
*A full-page 16:9 file for printing or displaying on a screen or TV
*A 2-per-page option for printing slightly smaller sheets for multiple people
*A 4-per page option for printing small cards for families or Primary/YM/YW groups

You can use the easy PDF file to print at home or at a print shop. Or, you can use the PNG files if you want to change the size, etc.
